Welcome to our little
neck of the woods!
Saplings Northwest is a forest school education program based in Everett, Wa. Our program is fully outdoors and places an emphasis on social-emotional education and child-led learning through play and exploration.
Registration for the 2026/2027 School Year is Now Open!
Sign up your little explorer for our play based, enriching education program that’s rooted in nature!
We are all full for this summer but you can still join our waitlist! Registration for summer 2027 begins in February next year!
We are SO excited to share that we will be hosting our first ever Trunk or Treat for October’s Nature Playgroup!
Join us:
Friday October 16th
10:30-11:30
Howarth Park
This will be unlike most traditional trunk or treat events. Come in costume and enjoy festively decorated tree trunks and trick-or-treat in an adorable park!
We will be in the wooded area just beyond the playground and recommend parking in the upper lot near the tennis and basketball courts. We will have Saplings signs up to help guide you!
Invite your friends, its going to be a Spooktacular time!
To help make this event as fun as possible for the kiddos, we are looking for individuals who would like to “host a tree.” Trees can be decorated in any theme you like, though we ask that they not be too spooky! They can include a little game or activity, or you can simply pass out Saplings provided candy!
Trunk or Treat!
